In addition to the FINAL MATERIAL AND COLOR
SELECTION
FORM and FINAL PHOTO ORDER FORM, additional attachments, notes and sketches can be added so long as all pages are signed, dated and faxed together along with .jpg e-mail pictures. There is no correct format on sketches and notes. The more information provided, the better the colored rendering. Please use the below referenced example as a guideline when submitting additional attachments. Measurements and/or dimensioning are important to providing a superior color rendering.
