First and foremost, Home Improvement Renderings (HIR) is solely a color rendering company, not a design company. Box Rendering through Computer Aided Design (CAD) is the Method of Choice for our company. This form of presentation is consistent with our Mission Statement which is to produce affordable home improvement renderings. Needless to say, the targeted market is home improvement. HIR was established to show basic home improvement materials in color form applied to an interior project before a customer purchases their big ticket items at distinctive retail stores. Our objective is to prevent customers from spending thousands of dollars on the wrong color scheme. The home improvement materials that are applicable in our database and software are almost the same home improvement materials found in average mom and pop retail stores and masonry yards. These big ticket items include, but are not limited to, masonry, flooring, countertops, cabinets, appliances, paneling, paint, moldings and wallpaper just to name a few.

The technology and color rendering methods used by HIR caters around residential homes having box or cubicle shapes including angled walls. Specifically, we layout vertical walls at 90 ° (z-axis) in any angled direction (x-axis and y-axis) omitting complex ceilings. We then add selective or we create home improvement materials to produce a superior rendering product as seen throughout our website. This approach to color rendering has proven to be very effective and affordable to our customers. Although our graphic and detail are extremely competitive to that of our competitors, there is a pricing and technological limit as to what can be depicted on our website. The customer must be made aware that not all intricate graphics can be displayed which include, but are not limited to, wall textures, related art works and paintings, elaborate architectural designs, geometric designs, geometric and complex tiling, depressions or sunken rooms, matrixes, complex shapes and ceilings, spiral stairs, landscaping, exterior designs, exotic and architectural furniture, intricate painting schemes; any and all complex miscellaneous structures, components and appurtenances outside of the interior home improvement concept or box rendering method. HIR does pride itself in customer service. To avoid dissatisfying a customer, we humbly and specifically reserve the right to refuse any order for color rendering purposes that does not meet our technological project criteria.

In essence, the customer hereby authorizes and permits Home Improvement Renderings to color render "one-time-only" the FINAL home improvement project based on the customer's selective materials. Additional color schemes, graphic schemes, addendums or change orders will result in price increases as listed in the price/check-out section of this web-site which is why HIR is adamant in addressing the term "FINAL" throughout this website. The customer acknowledges and accepts any and all provisions set forth by all material manufacturers. Variations in color graphics will be additionally attributed to variations in select wood grains, granite veins, quartz surfaces, solid surfaces, etc. (i.e. not all cabinets are made from the same tree; not all countertops are fabricated from the same slab) as well as computer output devices and optical visualization factors (glasses, contact lenses, etc.). HIR is a color rendering company producing color renderings solely based on the customer's measurements and photographs and is not to be used for installation or construction. In addition, all sketches and photographs submitted by the customer become the property of Home Improvement Renderings to be used in an appropriate manner for all customers involved with HIR services. The customer accepts full responsibility of all final selected materials, measurements, dimensions, color pictures, sketches, requests and directions submitted. HIR will not submit or include any measurements or dimensions onto the colored renderings as our articulated work is for conceptual purposes only.

Home Improvement renderings will produce one digitized labeled CD containing ten (10) .BMP files plus a bonus panoramic QUICKTIME® file. The copyright of any and all CD's or .BMP files and graphical e-mails produced by Home Improvement Renderings is owned by Home Improvement Renderings and only the copyright owner, Home Improvement Renderings, can give permission to the customer to copy, distribute or publicly display the image accordingly in a professional and ethical business manner. Many customers choose to reproduce their original colored rendering to share with project personnel including Prime Contractor and Prime Designer. Home Improvement renderings will be more than happy to send a release letter to the customer so they can in turn reproduce the rendering and communicate effectively with pertinent parties involved with the project.

Prices will remain constant within the year. This means that the price in April will be the same price in March, having a duration of twelve (12) months. Any price changes will be reflected at the beginning of the year, in the month of April, if any. However, lead times will fluctuate depending on work load. Spring and summer are the busiest times of the year. It is imperative that the customer plan accordingly when investing in a home improvement project as there are lead times for all special ordering materials, installation and of course color rendering lead times by HIR. Please bear in mind Home Improvement Renderings will not be held responsible from claims growing from the lawful demands of the customer or customer's prime contractor due to conflicting time frames or time schedules.

Upon customer's dated signature on the FINAL MATERIAL AND COLOR SELECTION FORM and FINAL PHOTO ORDER FORM, the colored rendering project will hereby be considered FINAL. By entering into a contract with, and or submitting a payment to, you are effectively agreeing to our terms and conditions. All contracts and projects entered into by Home Improvement Renderings will be done in good faith, and Home Improvement Renderings will not be held responsible for loss of income or damages, etc. as indicated in the disclaimer and indemnification clause of this website.
