FINAL PHOTO ORDER FORM (OPTIONAL): Please fill out, sign and fax accordingly. Please ensure that all faxes (8 ½" x 11") and photographs or .JPG e-mail files are sent together on the same business day. All faxes and E-mails will be considered final upon dated signature. The FINAL PHOTO ORDER FORM (hard copy) containing .JPG photograph files should match the electronic E-mail .JPG photograph files exactly. Thus, when sending .JPG E-mails, please label each .JPG file accordingly as shown in the example below (varies from website service provider to website service provider):

MEASUREMENTS AND SKETCHES : Please ensure that all measurements and sketches (8 ½" x 11") are faxed together on the same business day. All faxes and E-mails will be considered final upon dated signature. Please use fax-cover sheet displayed in the FORMS section of this website if faxing separately.

HIR will contact you within 48 hours via phone or e-mail regarding confirmation of electronic e-mail and all pertinent faxes and of course any questions the customer may have. As stated in our MISSION STATEMENT the value of customer service is practiced to the best of our ability. Rest assured any discrepancies, misleading or missing information will be addressed accordingly as to ensure the customer receives the most accurate and detailed and most comprehensive CD rendering package available on the market today.

NOTE: Multiple faxes and multiple photographs or multiple .JPG E-mail files are fine so long as all pertinent information is sent on the same business day for paperwork processing before color rendering commences on your dream project. A good rule of thumb is to send three (3) separate faxes for Paragraphs No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 above, on the same business date. Most photograph .JPG files can be sent in one (1) or two (2) e-mails having multiple .JPG photograph attachments.
