HIR uses the latest software technology in creating the most photorealistic renderings possible. Our technology is utilized to extract our individual experiences in related fields such as Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and Construction Management. For example, the morning light bouncing from wall to wall and illuminating in a 360 ° motion in the early morning of the day was a rendering idea initiated by our former "early bird" field construction experience. How the morning light is achieved is one of hundreds of rendering techniques HIR imports and exports within our technology. If one looks closely, the mullion doors are reflected in the dining room. Attention to detail is practiced indefinitely at HIR!

With a strong background in Computer Aided Design, our renderings are created from real life materials and moods rather than default images our competitors use. We are confident our colored renderings will help customers make the right decision in material selection before thousands of dollars are spent on in-stock merchandise and special order products.

As illustrated above and below, our database contains numerous materials and continues to grow due to downloaded material pictures sent by the customer. Before the photograph enters our data base, it goes through a series of filtration levels including but not limited to, scaling, lighting and texture. HIR ensures that all photos downloaded into our database meet stringent criteria and tests before they are applied to the color rendering.

Unlike inexpensive and cumbersome rendering software, HIR technology undergoes numerous filtration systems. One of many filtration systems is setup for clarity and smoothness as shown below. The rose brick pattern represented below was intentionally modified to create a warm-orange brick effect which is shown on the columns in the dining room rendering above. Thus, a new brick pattern was created termed "warm-orange brick."

Again, HIR utilizes scheme changes in an attempt to save customer money. Notice the difference in wallpaper from the first picture at the top from the picture below. Also, notice how the last image reflects a sunset mood theme on the floor, chair and plant leaves.
